Embrace Special Needs Ministry
We offer one-on-one pal support and host classes for children, teens, and young adults with special needs, creating an opportunity for the entire family to worship and study God’s Word.

Parenting Tool Box
Our seasonal boxes are designed to support parents as you disciple your children. Each box includes a custom family devotional booklet, a book about Christ-centered parenting, unique family service opportunities, date night ideas for parents, and gift cards for a family meal out. Boxes range from $30-40 plus shipping.

Adriel was born and raised in a little town outside of Waco called Rosenthal. She received her Elementary Education degree from Texas A&M University and returned home to Baylor University to receive a Master’s degree in Museum Studies. Adriel has worked at the Dallas Museum of Art for their summer art programs and and was formerly a mixed media instructor for Dougherty Arts School. In her free time, she loves spending time with her new husband, James, and their adorable pup, Teddy. Adriel feels completely blessed to be surrounded by an amazing team at the Ridge, and looks forward to seeing God’s hand at work with Ridge Kids!

Bethany grew up in San Antonio, Texas and graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in Elementary Education. She loves hiking, getting tacos with friends, and curling up on the couch with a book and her cat. Bethany spent a few years serving in various kids' ministries, most recently completing a children's residency program in College Station. She is excited to join the Austin Ridge helping our kids, know, grow, and serve Christ

Brady Ellen Poole found a passion for serving in Children's Ministry while leading large group services for K-5 students in California. Brady has worked in Production for Theater as a Stage Manager, a Sound Engineer, and most recently, a Lighting Technician on a show in Macau, China. She earned a B.F.A. at University of North Carolina School of the Arts and a Master's in Arts Administration at Goucher College. Her husband Gary is on staff at Austin Ridge and they have two children, Ethan and Avery.

Jason was born and raised in Nashville, Tennessee, and graduated from Middle Tennessee State University and Southwestern Seminary. While he has worked in several churches throughout the country, he is honored to now serve at Austin Ridge. He is married to Sarah, and they have five children, Katie Beth, Everett, Nolan, and twins, Lyla and Sosie. He enjoys exploring new places during family camping trips, coaching youth sports, and watching his favorite teams (Vanderbilt, Yankees, and Steelers). In order to reach all generations and families for Christ, Jason is passionate about equipping individuals with the necessary tools and motivations to authentically share their stories and impact others around them.

LaRhonda was born and raised in Indiana. She and her husband moved to Houston in 1994. They moved to Austin in 2011 and fell in love with the city. In 2018 they moved back to Houston, but that would not last long, and in 2020 they returned to Austin. LaRhonda graduated from Purdue University, majoring in Math and minoring in Education. LaRhonda taught high school for four years and then became a full-time mom. She has four grown children and loves spending time with them and being active outdoors. She is excited to be a part of Ridge Kids and looks forward to seeing what God will do!

Matthew was born and raised in sunny coastal Florida. He graduated from Johnson Bible College, majoring in Youth Ministry and Preaching, in 2009. Matthew moved to Katy, Texas, after college and met his wife, Jessica, and they have four beautiful children. Matthew has served in Children's ministry for the last seven years and is excited to continue equipping parents and leaders. Matthew enjoys playing with his kids, playing golf, working on his trucks, and searching for the best BBQ. His greatest passion is to equip parents to be the primary spiritual influence in their children's lives.

Rachel grew up in Austin and graduated from Texas State University. She is a certified teacher and has experience in teaching, counseling, and administration. She is married to TJ, has three beautiful kids, and loves traveling, reading, and spending time with family in her spare time. She has served in both the women's and children's ministries for years and is excited to be part of the ARBC staff.

Stacey is originally from Ft. Worth, Texas, and received her undergraduate degree in Elementary Education from Texas A&M University. She taught elementary school for 15 years, earning her Master’s degree in Education from Texas State University. Stacey is passionate about teaching girls to find their worth in Jesus, and you’ll find her volunteering throughout the community when she isn’t coordinating childcare for our church. She enjoys spending time on Lake Travis with her husband, Jeremy, and two children, Grayson and Ainsley.
