Update your browserPartnership at the Ridge
Joining a church communicates that you have a sense of ownership: that you are all in with our mission, beliefs, and values.
As a partner (member) at the Ridge, you will share our desire to pursue Jesus and love people, so they are inspired to know, grow, and serve Jesus.
You'll learn about our history, what we believe, how our leadership structure works, and how you can be part of growing and serving at the Ridge.
It's also a great opportunity to build relationships with our team and other attendees.
We would love for you to become a partner at the Ridge! Partnership class is a multi-week event offered several times throughout the year. Sign up for the next class at your preferred campus.

Becky was raised in Carlsbad, California, so the beach is her favorite place. She and her amazing husband, Don, have awesome people - including four kids, a few kid-in-laws, and some beautiful grand babies. The Ellsworths moved to Austin in 2001 for Don to be one of the pastors at Austin Ridge. Becky loves spending time with her family, taking fun vacations (which almost always include a beach and sometimes Disney), reading, cooking/eating, exercising, and spending time with friends. She loves working at the Ridge, and being a part of what the Lord is doing in Dripping Springs and around the world.

Breanna calls Austin home, but she was raised a country girl. She attended college in San Marcos to lose her accent and pursue a degree in music. Although being part of an orchestra was her goal, she instead landed a career in retail management and is in awe at how God used that experience to prepare her for her role as Connections Director at the Ridge. It is Breanna's pleasure to oversee the Connections Team and the Sunday morning experience. She has a heart to help people experience how God can use them and how God can reach them. Look for her in the lobby at our Bee cave Campus on Sundays. She would love to meet you!

Kimberly moved to Austin from Detroit when she was 21 years old. She loves hot weather and could not wait to get out of the snow. She attended Liberty University and graduated with a Communications-TV/Radio/Film degree. She is married to John with three adult children who still live in Austin. Kimberly has a passion for home decorating and landscape maintenance, so if she’s not shopping for home décor, you can find her with a chainsaw in hand out in the yard. A runner for over 22 years, she now enjoys time on the trail at Ladybird Lake, walking her dogs, and light biking. Her passion is talking with and encouraging high school students, college students, and young adults about life, God’s promise of a ‘future and a hope’ and how Jesus has a plan.
