Whether you are new to studying the Bible, stuck in a dry season, or you have been in Bible study for years, you have come to the right place! We believe studying and reading the Bible is life-changing for everyone in every season.
No previous Bible study experience is needed to participate. We have scholarships available for registration, books, and childcare, if needed. Please email us at swwomen@austinridge.org.
Wednesday Mornings
Galatians + Ruth
When: Wednesdays, 01.24 - 03.06 + 03.20 - 04.24 | 9:30-11:30am
Where: Southwest Campus
This spring we will be studying two books, Galatians and Ruth. Although there are two sessions, you will only register once. Childcare is available.

Freedom is something everyone wants but few truly experience. It’s also understood differently by various people and cultures. But what does the Bible mean when it says that we’re free? Purchase your Galatians study book here.
Ruth | 03.20 - 04.24
Many of the stories of the Bible involve seismic events – worldwide floods, warring kings, an entire people being taken into exile. But other stories are small and personal. Tucked into the beginning of the Old Testament is one such story in the book of Ruth. Purchase your Ruth study book here.

We will be studying Galatians and Ruth this semester in our Community Groups. Join us as we study God’s Word together in community! Come straight from work, the gym or drop-off, come comfort chic or in your pajamas. We want to see you there!

Early Jesus Followers were everywhere – in every place. They met where there were others close by who may be interested in joining them. Our 1-hour Discovery Groups will meet at various locations and times, read a short Bible passage, and discover together.

A native Texan, Ginger lived all over the Lone Star State before moving to Kansas City for a job and meeting her late husband, Mark. They later landed in South Florida and entered a spiritually transformative season. Although Ginger grew up knowing about Jesus, it was during this time she began to follow and really know Him. From there, a passion was born, and she now helps women truly grasp who they are in Christ and equips them for the work God has prepared for them.
She is humbled to be a mom to three of the most amazing humans and Gigi to five of the grandest kids. She now calls SW Austin home, along with her youngest daughter Lane, and six (yes, six) dogs that are equal parts wonderful and wild. Drawing from her unexpected life experiences, Ginger encourages women to believe their best days lie ahead and trust that God is not finished with them yet. If you are a woman on the Southwest campus, she wants to connect with you!

Carson is a native Austinite and has been attending Austin Ridge with her family since 2009. She is a proud grad of Auburn University (War Eagle!), where she studied Global Studies and was instilled with a deep passion for what the Lord is doing to reach His people on a global scale.
When not at the church, you can find Carson trying new restaurants, traveling, spending time with friends, or curled up with a cup of coffee and a book. She is humbled and excited to be used by the Lord at the Ridge!
