Hope for the Weary. Are you weary in mind, body, heart, or soul? Please join us this spring as we walk through Habakkuk and Psalms 1-30. This will be time well spent as we learn together how to press into God when life is challenging.
Even If: A Study of Habakkuk
How do we praise the Lord even when life is hard? What does it mean to trust God when life doesn't go as planned? This study on the book of Habakkuk seeks to answer these questions. We will learn how to pray when we don’t have the words or the will to pray, to trust God’s character when life doesn’t make sense, and to rest in God when the anxieties of life threaten to steal our joy. We will see how God is always good and always faithful, even if.
Delight: A Walk Through Psalms 1-30
Does God want to hear our honest prayers and pleas? Is God near when hardship hits and struggles seem to never cease? The psalms are a collection of songs and poems that were written to express the full range of human emotion to God. From the examples in the psalms, we can learn how to walk with God through every season and circumstance we find ourselves in. In this study, we will learn the context and purpose of the psalms so we can truly understand and apply them to our everyday lives. We will be encouraged to honestly express our fears, worries, joys, and concerns to the Lord through prayer. And we will be reminded of His faithfulness, goodness, and nearness, regardless of our circumstances.

As the Lord prophesied warnings about coming judgment through a shepherd named Amos, He can also send forth His Word through you to save others from coming judgment. Study how people can be prepared to meet their God, and your heart can be stirred to proclaim the warning with hope for those who heed it.

A native Texan, Ginger lived all over the Lone Star State before moving to Kansas City for a job and meeting her late husband, Mark. They later landed in South Florida and entered a spiritually transformative season. Although Ginger grew up knowing about Jesus, it was during this time she began to follow and really know Him. From there, a passion was born, and she now helps women truly grasp who they are in Christ and equips them for the work God has prepared for them.
She is humbled to be a mom to three of the most amazing humans and Gigi to five of the grandest kids. She now calls SW Austin home, along with her youngest daughter Lane, and six (yes, six) dogs that are equal parts wonderful and wild. Drawing from her unexpected life experiences, Ginger encourages women to believe their best days lie ahead and trust that God is not finished with them yet. If you are a woman on the Southwest campus, she wants to connect with you!
