A note from our Campus Pastor
Welcome to Austin Ridge Southwest!
We are the Ridge community that lives and serves in Southwest Austin. Our location is an eclectic blend of South Austin meets West Austin. And even though we are one church in multiple locations, we offer a unique campus experience.
The environment is relaxed and casual. We have dynamic music and the teaching is Bible-centered and life-targeted.
Do you have kids? Each week, this place is packed with children and students who are being loved and inspired to know Jesus, grow in their faith, and serve others.
Are you looking for friendships? Hundreds of Southwest folks meet in homes throughout the area to grow together, pray together, fellowship, and serve each other.
Do you love helping others? We partner with local and global organizations that touch real people’s lives in our community and around the world.

Mark was born and raised in Lubbock. He attended Texas Tech University and Dallas Theological Seminary. Mark committed his life to Jesus at an early age and, since 1993, has served in full-time ministry in a variety of pastoral roles. He joined the staff at Austin Ridge in May of 2013 as the Southwest Campus Pastor. Mark is passionate about living on mission in the community, especially in Southwest Austin. He also loves engaging in activities as if he were still 18 years old and rarely remembers his age until his aching muscles prove him wrong. Mark and his beautiful wife Jill have four children: Mary Claire, Madeline, William, and Maisie.
