    Amy Sutherland

    Amy is a native Austinite and graduate of Baylor University. She is passionate about making church accessible and welcoming for all families. She is married to Bo, and they are raising three teenage girls, Trinity, Felicity and Charity. In their free time they enjoy traveling, hiking and exploring new restaurants. Amy is passionate about helping others identify their strengths and use them to serve others!

  • Jessica Moore

    Jessica Moore

    Jessica was raised in Bastrop, Texas, and began following Christ when she was 17. She immediately felt called to ministry and attended Dallas Christian College, where she received a B.S. in Intercultural Studies with a minor in Youth and Family Ministry. In her spare time, she loves exploring Austin, going country dancing or to concerts, and hiking on the Greenbelt.

    Lisa Baker

    Lisa is originally from southern California and has been happy to call Austin her home for many years. She, and her husband Greg, spent years running their own business in Los Angeles before making the big move to the "great state."They have two adult daughters and a couple of cute and misbehaved dogs. Lisa enjoys fly fishing, football, and hiking and loves a good baking challenge. Her time working at the Ridge has been filled with the joy of seeing God's grace transform people's lives for His glory.

  • Michael Chiles

    Michael Chiles

    Originally from St. Louis, Michael has served in ministry for the past twenty-five years in Austin, Denver, and Los Angeles. He's passionate about helping others grow in their understanding of God's love and their identity in Christ. For 10 years, Michael had a career in film and television in Los Angeles before going to grad school for Christian Counseling. He's still connected to Austin's production community and has a heart for supporting pastors and ministry leaders. Michael and his wife, Janie, have three fun and lively children, love the outdoors, a good house project, and road tripping across the US.

  • Phillip Williams

    Phillip Williams

    Phillip is a graduate of Clemson and Dallas Theological Seminary. After 14 years in ministry, he returned to school to complete a professional counseling degree at Liberty University, solidifying his life’s call to care ministry. He is excited to help the Ridge further develop a care culture centered on the hope of life transformation that only Jesus brings. Phillip married up. He and Jill have three children: Mitch, Grant, and Suzanna. They love traveling and competing at anything and are grateful to be on mission with the Austin Ridge family.

  • Sunni Larsen

    Sunni Larsen

    Sunni is a native Texan and graduate of Baylor University, where she earned her BA and MS in Psychology. After practicing as a licensed counselor for over 15 years, she pursued training to be a Certified Coach. Sunni met Chris while at Baylor, and they have two young adult children, Caleb and Cameran. Chris has served in ministry since college, so Sunni has served at every church they have been part of in Louisiana, Texas, and Washington. Sunni is thrilled to be back home in Texas, serving at Austin Ridge. She is passionate about people’s stories and the beauty and purpose God can bring in every season of life. She is eager to invest in and care for women at Austin Ridge, helping them find fullness and freedom in the person of Christ and His Word. Sunni loves the Texas sunshine, running, baking, enjoying a meal with family and friends, and sharing in meaningful conversation at one of the many great coffeehouses in Austin.
